Shipping
We use USPS priority shipping in order to provide you with speedy delivery at a low price. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hrs of purchase unless otherwise specified on the website. Generally we ship within 24hrs. Unfortunately we do not yet provide international shipping (but that's coming soon!)
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for yard goods. But please let us know if you find any flaws in your fabric and we will do our best to make it right! If you are purchasing online and looking for a very particular item we always suggest buying a swatch first. We work hard to provide high quality photos and descriptions but all computer monitors are not created equal.
Swatches
Please email us your physical address and up to 5 items you would like swatched and we will mail them within 48hrs. Easy peasy!
Gift Certificates
We offer digital gift cards only at the moment. We will resume sales of physical gift cards as soon as we open our new bricks and mortar shop. Our gift cards do not expire. If you purchased a physical gift card from our Fremont shop and would like to use it online please send us an email and we will provide instructions.
Fabric Sales
We sell our fabric in 1/2 yard increments. However, we always cut continuous pieces. For example, if you order three 1/2yd pieces you will receive a single 1 and 1/2 yd piece.
